Michael A. Smith, MD, is the Associate Chief of Thoracic Surgery and the Surgical Director of Lung Transplantation at Norton Thoracic Institute, Dignity Health Cancer Institute. Dr. Smith specializes in thoracic oncology, lung transplantation, and esophageal surgery. Dr. Smith is board certified in both general surgery and thoracic surgery.
